The software mentioned is essential to guarantee theto provide continuity of ASST healthcare activities and requires assistance and maintenance.
The offer must be detailed along the following lines:
- software support service
- basic systemic support of applications
- advanced systemic services
- license for use and updatesrnamentation of Embedded Business Intelligence Programs
- services on request on site and/or remotely quantifiable in days
- possibility of canceling some modules on offer without penalty with 6 months' notice to the counterparty.
The offering Company must have exclusive ownership of thesource code.
