- The object of the service is the mixed concession of works and services for the redevelopment and management of public lighting systems and the dissemination of integrated technological services of the Municipality of Barlassina (MB) (ref. Art. 2 of the Explanatory Report).
The planning has been donein a unitary way, for the entire service as a whole, as the division into lots would require a further and uneconomical activity of revisiting the design in partial and distinct projects.
