- In order to implement the New Generation Healthcare Center (NGHC) initiative, the Politecnico di Milano will have to make use of a public-private entity, identified through an institutionalized partnership operation pursuant to art. 17 Legislative Decree 175/2016.
The private subject will be identified throughcompetitive dialogue pursuant to art. 64 Legislative Decree 18 April 2016, no. 50 - Public Procurement Code.
The initiative is divided into two lots: Lot 1 - Operating members - CIG 9616406D43 useful for identifying members who will be able to make both a cash contribution and a contribution in kind topursuant to art. 2343 of the civil code or a mixed contribution in cash and in kind; Lot 2 - Financial shareholders - CIG 9616462B7A to identify shareholders who may be holders of shares deriving exclusively from a cash contribution.
