- The Framework Agreement has as its object the assignment of professional assignments of a technical nature, relating to the provision of engineering and architectural services, support activities for the RUP, preparation of technical-economic, procurement and safety documentation on construction sites, Works Managementand Operations Management, coordination of safety in the design and execution phases and other ancillary services, in compliance with the provisions of the Contract Code and subsequent amendments and additions, as well as by the Presidential Decree 207/2010 as still applicable and subsequent Deimplementing documents of the Code, by Legislative Decree 81/2008, by the rules and regulations all governing the specific services, by the Framework Agreement and by the Special Tender Specifications.
