- The New Reception System is being implemented at the ASST Bergamo Ovest which will be completed by 31.12.2024 with the complete replacement of the applications currently in use. The "Verbena" platform is therefore being discontinued but in order to allow access to historical data for any purposesrequests coming from the competent bodies, it is necessary to make use of a conservative maintenance service of the aforementioned platform. The offer must include n. 2 remote interventions per month and n. 5 days per year of extended support for the development of new queries and extractionne data per year.Clauses 1) possibility for the ASST to withdraw early (with 60 days' notice) without penalties if the service is no longer necessary 2) bimonthly invoicing for the part of the conservative maintenance fees 3) invoicing based on final balance for the 5 annual days of s8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6extended support.
